Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups vegan graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup chopped nuts e.g., walnuts or pecans. 1 cup vegan dulce de leche. 1 cup vegan condensed milk.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix together the vegan graham cracker crumbs and melted vegan butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust. Sprinkle the vegan chocolate chips evenly over the crust, followed by the shredded coconut and chopped nuts. Pour the vegan dulce de leche evenly over the layers in the baking dish. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the vegan condensed milk until warm. Pour it over the dulce de leche layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
