I think I’m finally ready to take the vegan plunge. Or at least do a vegan experiment. Today is Sunday. The new month starts on Tuesday and I’m wondering if I should go vegan for March and see how I feel.
And not junk food vegan obviously. Real vegan. Not raw, or even raw till 4—definitely not ready for that. But for the last month I’ve been vegetarian completely and cooking mostly vegan meals at home, and I think at this point I’m comfortable enough with the staples to give it a full-fledged shot. I don’t have much traveling in March, so it’s a good month to do it. Funny… last March was when I did my first Whole 30 and that really changed things.
I’ve been a LOT less bloated since I stopped eating meat, and that has been encouraging to see. But I HAVE been eating plenty of dairy and not really watching my drinking, so the scale results have been up and down, tbh.
I’m gonna make some March goals, and I’m gonna DO them.
