My hometown of Ormskirk, Lancashire is known for its traditional gingerbread, so much so that we actually have an annual gingerbread festival - which P.S is on this Sunday✌🏽💕 My neighbour @mrthompsonsbakery makes incredible traditional gingerbreads that are well known locally and I’ve been dying to try. Luckily I stumbled across a recipe from the late Margaret Ashcroft of Ormskirk which I was able to adapt to become completely cruelty free! I’m also made up I also got the chance to debut my lovely little @herdy_uk stamp 🐏💚 Hope to see you all on Sunday!
