These vegan pecan tassies are buttery, tender mini pecan pie tarts that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and bursting with sweet pecan flavor!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 3 ounces vegan cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup maple syrup.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a mini muffin tin. Mix vegan butter, vegan cream cheese, and flour in a bowl until a dough forms. Cut the dough into 24 equal pieces. Press one piece into the muffin tin to make a small tart shell. Put brown sugar, vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and maple syrup in a different bowl. Mix them together. Put some of the pecan mix into each tart shell. Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Let it cool down before you serve it. Have fun!
