Detox Day 1 cont.
So right now it's the beginning of Day 2, and Day 1 was definitely tough. I felt pretty hungry all day and I was having serious cravings for anything and everything. All I wanted was a cup of coffee!!! I stuck to it though- no coffee, no meat, no pasta, no bread. It was utter torture. I did cheat a teensy bit by adding some dip to my veggies. My carrots were dipped in homemade fat free sour cream vegetable dip, my celery in my unsalted organic peanut butter, and my worst cheat of the day (that was totally worth it)? Strawberries dipped in Nutella. I'm not even ashamed for that one. =)
Detox Meals for Day 1:
Breakfast: Carrots
Lunch: Ratatouille and celery with peanut butter
Dinner: Spaghetti squash with marinara sauce
Snacks: Carrots with veggie dip, strawberries with Nutella
As of this morning (Beginning of Day 2) I have lost 2 pounds.
