Pre-seasoned vegetables count. Different types of the same vegetable (e.g. kidney beans, green beans, black beans) count individually. I was considering fresh or frozen produce, but any source is fine.
Tomatoes and lettuce on a burger do not count for this case (I still believe it’s eating vegetables and getting the benefits, I’m just asking about a meal or side dish that is mainly or greatly features the vegetables themselves and not as a topping or garnish to another dish).
