Me: I'm a vegetarian

Someone: you're a vegetarian? That is so weird! I could never do that. Do you wanna know what I eat for dinner? Steak, raw. Sometimes I just eat a live cow. Haha, I love meat. I loooove it! How could someone not love meat?? You must be crazy!

P.s. this is a reminder not to call animals 'vegetarian' or 'vegan' these are dietary choices made with full awareness of the fact. Animals in general do not deep think about their diets and cannot make a judgement of morality of diet and therefore do not fall under those headings. Animals are omnivores, herbivores, etc and eat omnivorous/carnivorous/herbivorous/etc diets. If you say an animal is eating a vegan or vegetarian diet you are implying a) that it made a dietary choice that may be based on morals and/or b) that a human made the choice for it.
