Do you have any thoughts or knowledge on “Bloodymary”, the ship between Markiplier’s character Simon from “Iron Lung” and Ryan Gosling’s Ryland Grace from “Project: Hail Mary”?
I do know about the ship, it's all over my feeds on all the social media platforms
I don't really have a lot of thoughts on it since I haven't seen either movie yet, but what I have seen shows a lot of good angst and hurt/comfort possibilities.
I do have a bit of a version of Convict I've played with before the movie came out so I'll probably keep him mostly the same but tweak a few things after seeing the movie
How much produce per year would you estimate you guys grow?
Sounds stupid but I'm genuinely interested in how much food you have to produce for how many teams. (*Coughcough*[from what I've counted] 8 [assuming all the teams that exist here in Tf2 Tumblr land get produce from here]*coughcough*)
I'm not good at math, ask Engie or Spy. But, if it's in a month, then probably a few hundred pounds for each. I dunno. I'm only in charge of making sure the orders go where they need to go with Pyro
Ok, so I’m Pescatarian and my parents are fine with it and they even said if I wanted to go vegetarian or vegan they’d be cool but my cousins and other family literally roll their eyes every time I come to a family event and eat everything but the meat. And then they make it a point that not eating meat doesn’t make you better than anyone when that’s not why I do it??? Like once(because I’m pretty skinny) my other family thought I had an eating disorder because I don’t eat meat that fucked me—
Fucked me the most like no, I just care about the animals and it’s not really safe for me to go vegetarian because I have low iron and I can only find high iron in salmon. It’s kinda the worst but I don’t regret anything
Look !! one thing I’ve learnt is that family don’t deal with it well, mostly older members of the family because that’s just what they’ve been taught and it can be so difficult. It can make family dinners and just meals in general very hard and stressful but the best thing to do is to remember why you’re not eating that stuff and to hold your own morals and beliefs close!! you deserve to feel proud of yourself, don’t let them make you feel guilty.
I WAS going to stop here but I just…
FAMILY ARE THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO THIS STUFF AND HERE’S MY STORIES:
four days ago my nana showed my mum a news article called ‘why eating vegan isn’t good for you’ and proceeded to tell her why I need to start eating eggs and meat again.
Every time my grandparents go on holiday they hug me and tell me ‘to eat all my nutrients because they don’t want me to die while they’re away’
My uncle always asks me WHY I’m vegan, seriously, I can not count on my own two hands the number of times he has asked me WHY only to continue by saying ‘I could NEVER go vegan, humans are supposed to eat meat so i don’t understand why you don’t just eat it too.’
I went out for dinner to my other uncle’s restaurant and got the vegan option and he was DISGUSTED. he then sat with me for ten minutes and made snide comments, screwed his face up and just genuinely was horrible about it.
My cousin is vegetarian and her parents are really harsh on her. they will sneak meat into her food without her knowledge, buy her expensive takeouts with meat then guilt her into eating it, yell at her at the dinner table when she won’t eat the meat they put on her plate.
The moral of this is that you’re not alone at all and trust me, more then ½ of the non-meat eaters you talk to will have some family stories like this and i lowkey love hearing about them even though i get v angry!! If you ever need anyone to talk to, to rant to, to ask for help then I’m always here 💜
