Ingredients: 2 cups assorted veggies e.g., zucchini, sweet potatoes, carrots. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Wash and cut the different vegetables into thin slices. Add the vegetables to a bowl and toss them with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika all at once. Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Use a little cooking spray to grease the air fryer basket. Put the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket so that they don't touch each other. Shake the basket every few minutes for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden brown and crispy. Take the veggie chips out of the air fryer and let them cool down a bit before you serve them. Enjoy your crunchy, good-for-you vegetable chips!
