Ingredients: 1 head broccoli, cut into florets. 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 carrots, peeled and sliced. 2 cucumbers, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1/2 cup hummus. 1/4 cup ranch dressing gluten-free. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get a serving tray and put broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes on it. On the tray, put hummus and ranch dressing in separate bowls. Add salt and pepper to the vegetables as needed. Serve right away and enjoy!
