Hi. The Veldismagn stave is the best looking that has a primary purpose of strength and secondary of safety.

What do you mean by balance? This could mean an equal amount of time allocated to work, rest and play. This would lead to happiness in life. There are various staves that relate to Lukku, the Icelandic word for luck, good fortune and happiness. So, you can seek out Lukkustafir. I must add a word of caution that there are many images on the Internet that have been incorrectly labelled Lukkustafir.
