the fact that its happening bc theyre so fucking selfish is what really pisses me off tho like seriously fuck off with your 70 associates and ur bullshit shifts and schedules and asshole managers who pretend to give a shit but when you have a problem they just patronize you and look at you like you're some kind of idiot fuck

lol ya except i went from min 21 hours to max 11 (which rarely happens bc we usually finish cleaning early) and $600 to $225 every two weeks

they like chopped my hours by two thirds i used to get 3 - 4 full shifts and im so pissed off bc i have open availability and they only have me working 5-6 hour shifts on weekends while i sit at home and do nothing during the week like????? why even hire people if u can only give them 11 hours of work/week what is the point
