That’s a good question. I have no idea why. Every one that has been there has written a scathing site evaluation and yet we are still sent. After my first shit rotation in March and talking to my advisor about it, it was clear that she (and the other faculty) and ZERO idea that the sites were so bad because they hadn’t read the evaluations. They honestly don’t. They can’t. There is no way you can read them and still send us there. 

It’s frustrating because right now I’m studying for EORs and boards and this dude is wasting my time with dumb shit. And he is a workaholic so I’m already behind on my study guide. I was at clinic for 14 hours on Monday. Wednesdays are similar. So idk.

I have a 24x36 white board up right now and overly mounted with 4 large command strips (which is supposed to hold 16 lbs), which is working perfect so far. Plus it has the added bonus of having velcro so you can take the white board off/on the wall whenever you want.

That's basically what I did in my last place, except it was probably double the width. Home Depot has some wild lengths by the lumber.

Anyway, yeah this might still be my best bet but double down on the command strips. The boards didn't start falling until like a year later, as it was...

who knows what the govt will do, but keep in mind that during tax return season, if your endofyr income is too high, they may make you pay back those tax credits. hopefully not….

oh I'm certain they will for the period in which I start drawing income (now), which is why I gotta walk away from this plan right now haha

True story, I did that for the personal statement draft I did before the rewrite I’m doing now. It didn’t turn out too bad and im actually stripping the first couple paragraphs for one of my “most meaningful activities” essays LOL

The last time I had a customer service experience this terrible, I didn’t use eBay or PayPal for like 8 years. Now American Airlines is basically telling me to go sit on a stick, and Comcast is like “well, because you didn’t have AutoPay activated we rescinded your package discount.” You know, billing options no one told me were required at the time the package was sold to me.

You really think I’m interested in AutoPay after you tried to get me for an extra $35?

1-6 is exactly how I write the HPIs and how I teach my trainees to write it in the ED along withe pertinent pos/negs ��

I can’t believe I got this far without having a surefire system, or that I passed my PE without one (although I guess you never present and you get pretty simple cases... although let’s be real that exam exists to test your verbal English and see if you can get 8 people to like you)

Ironically, I started doing my required reading for my next rotation and they attached an article out of the 1985 American Journal of Medicine that laid it all out... although mine is more succinct.
