revue starlight is like a lighthearted utena but with all girls! without spoiling anything, they also sing really really well and have a lot of tasty character development even though it’s a short 12 episode series. definitely worth a watch!

I was a little surprised that i’d heard sp much about this and no one nominated it for animated show! 

 mean, in a cynical way, I’m like, “well, can’t have been that good if no one wanted to put it up” but maybe everypne ese assumed someone else would

Hey, so I’m super duper grateful for everyone’s support and love in my nicomaki painting, and I wanted to let you guys know that I have prints of not just that one, but all three of my illustrative Love Live fanfic fan works (nozoeli and Kanamari are the other two)! The 11x17 sizes were just test proofs and so aren’t for sale, but the size I am selling them at, which is 8x11 I think, are definitely for sale!

I’m currently unemployed, so I hate doing this, but it’s hard to entirely handle paying for shipping, so despite the size I’m selling them for $15 per print to help cover both in-state and international shipping fees. But I promise they’re really good quality! They’re printed on 80lb matte cardstock, so they have good weight and texture.

im going to be honest. this entire fic?? it was a dare. this was 100% intended as a joke. a friend drew art of phantom!eli and masquerade!eli being Gay way back in... god, was it late 2015?? i think so!! it was before i was banditchika, i think. and me being Me, i couldnt let that lie without also offering some writing to go with that Masterpieceso then one day, summer 2017, two years after i meant to finish this, i stumbled across it while going through all my old WIPs. and to be honest?? the writing held up!! TWO YEARS LATER, AND IT’S STILL PRETTY GOOD!! so i tidied it up a bit and out it went, just because it cracked me up so much. i think what i was going for as i wrote it was to make phantom!eli and masquereli distinct enough that it wouldn’t be weird when it got... Spicy. it really was intended to be spicy, bc i guess 16 year-olds have no chill when it comes to making Jokes^(TM)!! but its a lot less funny when you’re ~18 and a bit smarter than you were when the story concept was developed. the writing was too good not to publish though, especially since i was in a dry spell of writing @ that point, so i went ahead n tossed it out!!“n then i guess they Fucc???” is still so funny to me though. is it tasteless to laugh @ ur own unfunny jokes?? i do that anyways, so i guess i don’t rlly care. im not gonna continue this fic tho; honestly, i was going to do some ~star-crossed anastasia-esque class difference~ BS with this piece, but pri pri basically already does that for me!! there’s no need to continue this one!! it stands as it is, which is to say: good writing, kind of embarrassing, n Really Funny (at least to me!!)
