So! Small story.
One of my friends work as a teacher and are supportive of me and my gender identity. (I use they/them pronouns.)
They told me that some of their trans students have opened up and been a lot more comfortable around them after I visited them once and they saw how my friend gendered me correctly. So I got invited over another time to do karaoke and art and just. Be me to show that you can grow up and be happy outside the gender binary.
They told me it is easy to say you support someone. (I have had many teachers growing up telling me the same thing and then... not beeing supportive.) But actually showing it does a lot to make people feel safe.
So!
Joy of beeing respected and joy that being me makes others happy to be themself aswell.
this is nonbinary joy!
