Why did you choose a blue wedding dress? (An amazing shade of blue ) I've never seen something like that before
We had a medieval wedding and traditionally the bride wore blue and the bridesmaids dressed similarly to the bride. My dress was modern (strapless) but I had the jacket made using the same pattern as my bridesmaids so it had the same neckline (I didn’t want to wear a veil and cover my pretty hair so this was my compromise). I tried on a lot of dresses and there was another one I would have gotten if we were doing Victorian because it was a princess Victorian style dress and so gorgeous! But the blue won out. (I could have gotten it in a jewel-tone green or red, even!)
