Accountability Post
Today I have many things I would like to get done. So... have a nice long list, and I'll update when I'm finally on to computer stuff again.
So far today, I have done devotions and Bible study, made my list, and done some crochet.
Next up, I will get dressed. Then...
Look for J's spool of LED lights in the basement
Litterbox
Sweep
Start bread
Feed sourdough starter
Take meat out of the freezer
Dishes
Get the Charlie cage outside
Weed the garden, check progress
Give the guinea pigs grass
Okay, that's the stuff I want to get done before I do computer stuff. Wish me luck!
It's really cloudy out and could rain at any time, so I'm going to omit the garden stuff and instead go look for the LEDs in the garage.
I'm at getting the dishwasher going, so off I go!
Okay, forgot about the Charlie cage but I'll do that a little later. Have not found the LEDs. Probably in his office so I'll have to figure out when I can look in there.
Now I'm going to just hazard a guess that the following blood glucose measurements don't make any sense in a healthy person:
5.1 mmol/L at around 9.00 a.m.
I ate six squares of chocolate at around 10.00 a.m.
7 mmol/L at noon
I ate a breakfast burrito for lunch, that's 2 scrambled eggs with shredded cheese in a whole wheat tortilla, at noon.
4.3 mmol/L at 1.25 p.m.
This is reactive hypoglycaemia, right? I know it won't be considered hypoglycaemia because it's over 4 mmol/L, but that's weird, right?
ANYWAY, let's look at the stuff for this afternoon.
