Protect:My character keeps yours safe from harm.
He had received the call minutes ago, and the sounds made occupied his mind. It had been unpleasant. Shrieks, heavy breathing and scuffle sounds and then nothing. The dial tone had echoed in his mind for several long seconds before he had actually been able to realize something had to be off, and of course he was worried. The breathing heard had been identified as Daehwan's, it was easy for him to terminate the difference. His heartbeats had been paced and it had really sounded like he had been running. Sounds of cars hadn't exactly hadn't been distant and judged by what Leon could conclude, he hadn't been far away from the main road. However, finding him would be tricky. He had nothing to start out with after all. All this had lead him to his current position, on one of the rooftops. Hovering above the scattered alleyways like a hawk. Observing every moving being, senses on edge to catch even the smallest change. Where are you Angel? He thought as he furrowed his eyebrows, squinting as he inspected the asphalted streets below with his gleaming celadon orbs.
It was quite late and the darkness had draped itself over Seoul like a veil, moon shining brightly above the few splashes of grey clouds. Streetlights and neon signs brightened the paths below little by little and nothing was left unseen, not even from his ten meter distance. Even so, there was nothing. The sigh escaping his lips was everything but light and reluctantly he left his spot to proceed to the next building without much effort. He braced himself for a second or two before dashing towards the edge with graceful motions, speed high as he reached the edge and pushed off. He flew through the air, almost as if he was as light as a feather, coat floating behind him, crimson strands in a complete mess when landing on the other side and of course he tugged his slender fingers through them to at least make them look a bit better. When everything was in order again, he resumed his search, crossing the rooftop and stopping by the edge on the opposite side of where he had landed. And there, he froze. He had found what he was looking for, the sound of paced footsteps, faint heartbeats. All of indicated what he thought and for a second or two, he had no idea what to do. Soon however, acting on mere instinct. It was the easiest way after all.
For at least a tenth time, he flew through the air. Downwards this time. An eight meter fall if he had calculated it properly. And it wouldn't even cause a scratch upon his marble-like complexion. He landed with a dull thud, knees a bit bent and head lowered as he straightened himself. He brushed off traces of dirt form his coat, little did he know he had already dragged all of the attention to himself, only noticing as he looked up to face the gathered group of the men and the one he had been looking for, standing with his back pressed against brick. He shook his head as a smirk settled upon his lips, soon looking at the wide-eyed mortals. "Looks like you've lain hands on something that belongs to me." He uttered calmly as he stepped towards the group, hands in his pockets and steps as slow as ever. "How unfortunate." If there was anything one was supposed to know about Leon, it was the mere fact that he was quite the possessive being. Put your hands on the wrong person he wouldn't even hesitate to interfere, and so, what he did next was carried out without remorse. Mercilessly as always. He was a vampire after all.
He cast a last glance at Daehwan, before turning back to the other mortals, eyeing them one by one. Two of them snarling, third one still standing frozen in his spot. The immortal smacked his tongue against his palate, grasping the male t the far right by his wrist before his intended step had been taken, jerking him forward effortlessly, turning him around and forcing his back against his own chest. Within a second the loud crackling or bone breaking could be hear and the male went limp in his arms, head turned in an impossible angle. It had always been part of Leon's nature to snap necks, vampire or human made no difference. And so, he was unbothered by his deeds, releasing the mortal and watching as he caved to the ground, a wry chuckle escaping him. "Who's next?" He inquired with arched brows when he looked up again, faced by running backs. "Pity." He mumbled disappointedly, turning towards Daehwan and soon finding himself with his arms full of young mortal. A young teary eyed mortal with a busted lip to be exact.
The immortal didn't hesitate to wrap his muscular arms around the small frame, a sigh crossing his lips as he looked down at the male. "I told you not to go out late. Are you daft?" He scolded, seeking eye contact and soon gaining it. Met by watered orbs. "Let's go home. You can sleep at my place today. Luhan won't mind if I explain the circumstances." Leon explained, pulling away from the embrace and instead reaching for the male's hand.
