vincent has amnesia of his life before the age of 17, so anything from that period of time is lost to him, but in the years since, no! renaer is the first. vincent loved the *idea* of romance, but never felt it towards anyone.

Hi! Idk if this is a spoiler since it seems to have happened pre-podcast (if it is, no pressure to respond to this) but I love Vincent and Renaer. If you don't mind sharing, when was the first moment that Vincent realized they liked Renaer?

oh no it’s not a spoiler!! i’ve talked abt this before so a lot of people might know, so i’m happy to share !!! i literally LOVE talking about vincent and renaer

so vincent had a hard time accepting his feelings for renaer for the first few months they knew each other, mostly bc his emotionally repressed ass had super low self esteem, but also because he can’t recall a time before meeting renaer when he was ever actually … attracted to someone. he honestly couldn’t really fully comprehend what he was feeling. i think the first time he ever went “oh shit. oh fuck oh no” was that one time they shared a bed on a road trip (we love a there was only one bed trope). vincent was like. ‘this can’t be happening to me’ as if liking someone was the worst thing in the world LMAO. he got over it tho, obviously

it was funny bc during that session, i pulled azzurum aside to take watch w vincent SPECIFICALLY bc vincent wanted to talk to him about boys. which would have been the funniest scene ever bc azzurum did NOT understand romance at the time. it would have been very awkward. but then we got ambushed and lidara got stabbed by her ex so 🤪
