alright everyone sit down cause i just watched ep 8 of tadc

I feel like a lot happened in this episode, yet not at all. Like the previous three episodes, we are left with more questions than answers, but this leaves us to look at what we know and what we've been shown-AND I'm about to tell my take on it:

Can we talk about Jason and Shaun, please? I never see any posts about them, and I'm so freaking sad since the game doesn't cover much of how Shaun feels about his brother's passing, except: "I wish I could bring him back," which doesn't give much meat to the bone. Obviously, Shaun wouldn't have Jason on his mind right away after being saved from the Origami Killer, but I feel once he settled and his parents were pretty content, he started thinking about him again. Like any ten year old who doesn't really know to cope with his loss, dives into music. I'm talking he learns the guitar and starts writing songs about Jason. His talent may be limited: couple of easy chords here, easy and nice on the ear strumming patterns. Nothing too complex or monumental. Its cute. His music would evolve along with him, ignoring playing the higher strings as if leaving behind his younger self.

Irrelevant/relevant but Shaun would have a small drawer of songs dedicated to Jason he'd wrote. Corny names like: My Brother, One Last Time, Under the Headlights, etc... He also has those old Polaroids of him and Jason, going out of his way to take any pictures from photo albums: them at the park, on the couch together, or dead asleep stacked on top of each other.

this is pretty half-baked and i might comeback to it.... maybe if i have more ideas....
