I got my periods today and the cramps were so goddamn horrible.
I do get bad cramps most of time but today was just another level of pain. 4 hours I couldn't sit straight or even lay down probably. Constantly wriggling on my bed screaming and getting hit by waves of nausea, cold sweat, and unbearable pain. My roommate came later and was making tea so she made some for me as well because I hadn't been able to eat anything and my hands were fucking shaking trying to hold the cup.
I had to take two tablets that took a lot of time to hit in this time. And this reminded me of a gynac I visited a while back who asked me how many tablets I have to take before the pain goes away and I said just 1 and she replied, "well that's nothing, if your pain is going away from one tablet, it's tolerable, this much is normal". Well I had to take 2 today and this pain definitely didn't feel normal so fuck you!!!
