pretty much all my shirtless posts are in tumblr content label review and have been for up to a year btw. ive been posting regularly but the ones that get auto-modded (aka, any with my chest out) seem to get way less engagement. just thought i would mention that just in case anyone wonders. almost 3k followers and i still have to make posts like this because i'm not sure if anyone can see me that wanted to.
i shouldnt have to say my assigned gender at birth or present a certain way for it to be allowed or not allowed. this is the continuing legacy of tumblr's nipple-gender-presentation mandate. i'm not going to participate in the game of 'sooo do you refer to yourself xyz way, or have abc shape and size, or take or not take jkl medication'
anyway i appeal each post - it's mostly just me shirtless and not suggestive. but my body type doesnt fall within the acceptable boundaries for their nude detection lazers. i wish i had a view of how much shirtless skinny guy smut is on here just completely uncritically and uncontroversially, never having to engage with appealing their content or feeling invisible because they have the status quo shape and it's considered acceptable by a narrow group of boring people clutching pearls in one hand, and the other on a lever deciding who i can interact with
