‘ They aren’t much,’ He had remarked as they were handed over. ‘ But still, I hope you like them.’

His smile, sheepish and warm, made itself known across his features. When he is seen without a smile like such, it’s not often - especially when around his friends. Though at her suggestion, he paused, before his smile grew somewhat - It was kind of her - sweet, even, and Sugawara would happily accept. ( his sweet tooth would betray him, after all. )

‘ Alright, then,’ He agreed, though pressed his finger to his lips in a hushing gesture. ‘ I wouldn’t tell anyone, though, or you’ll be swarmed. You know how well food goes down, among the team !! ’

Cheeks tinge with scarlet as a sleepy, though genuine smile makes itself known across the young man’s features - For Sugawara, such a compliment made his heart flutter. ‘ Really? I never thought much of it besides that it needs combed. ’ The laugh that escapes him is warm and genuine, and he moves to stretch his arms high above his head until his back cracked.  

‘ Mm, do you want me to help make breakfast? ’
