There had been a HUGE fight on the ship. And although Ximena told her to hide, Venusi decided to take our her bowstaff and fight. Which ended up with her bleeding, hidden away from all crew mates. Probably a few broken bones, but that was the least of her problems. She was wounded badly, a stab wound to the abdomen. She was laying in a pool of her own blood, her vision blurred, fading. And she didn’t know who was alive or dead. She didn’t even know if her lover was alive. She coughs, blood coming up and dripping to the side of her mouth.
