maybe i'm defending cait, but i understand that the plot is showing the difference between both sides
zaun's citizens have put up with grief and pain their whole life; hence that's why vi is able to deal with it perhaps BETTER than caitlyn, who always had her life easier, but that's also why she breaks down when her mom dies, and her funeral turns into a whole mess by apparently those who are the same as jinx. Caitlyn is not used to dealing with grief and on top of it, ambessa is taking advantage of her pain.
