#Veresto Stuff#Gold Art#not the way i added a dozen alterations last minute before posting this#like the way i would upload this#see something. change it. upload again. no. fix again#i wasn't happy with the general ambient glow of the lantern but good enough i think#i also struggled making the skin look right. it should probably be warmer but she looked too human it scared me#the way colours are affected by light is scary and i'm still trying to teach myself how to do it#but then i think the hair is still too warm in comparison to the face now so she looks like she has brown hair#instead of black with warm light#bleh#also i got VERY lazy with shading the ruffles so dont look at those#actually i really started giving up by halfway through the dress. that part took over an hour on its own#im going to bed (asked myself two hours ago if i was gonna finish this or go to bed)#(slightly regret my decision)
