31. "Can I kiss you?" - wolfstar

Remus blinked awake, still bleary and warm, and snuffled softly, burrowing his head into his pillow. His pillow hummed. That was odd. He blinked again, and the room came into focus around him. He was in his own room, but it wasn't his usual pillow beneath him - the one intended for neck support - it was Sirius' chest.

He vaguely remembered falling asleep the night before while watching a movie, now that he was waking up. He'd warned Sirius it might happen, and that Sirius was welcome to shove him out of the way if he needed to get up. But there Sirius was, and when Remus risked a glance up at him, he found Sirius already looking down at him with a soft look in his eyes.

"Morning," he mumbled. He smacked his lips together and realized with a jolt that there was a trail of dried drool running down his chin, which he hastily wiped away.

"Morning, Sleeping Beauty," Sirius responded with a soft laugh. "You were out like a light last night."

"Sorry," Remus sighed. He should, probably, shift off of Sirius, but neither of them seemed willing to do so. "Um. Did I not let you up? I know I get clingy..."

"I didn't try to," Sirius said with a shrug.

"Oh....why?"

Sirius' eyes flitted away, and Remus felt him tense beneath him. Remus patted his chest gently. "'S okay," he murmured, still sleepy and comfortable and too content to worry about getting too close, giving away the crush he'd been harboring for the past year.

"Well." Sirius cleared his throat, his eyes still focused somewhere across the room. "I'm really quite fond of you, you see."

A slow, goofy grin crept into place across Remus' face. "Yeah?"

"Um, yeah."

Remus rolled onto his stomach, bringing him fully on top of Sirius. "Can I kiss you?"

He could hear Sirius' quiet hitch of breath, see his lashes flutter as he took in their position before he sighed, "Yeah."

26: What is the most intense thing your OC has been battling with?

Definitely feelings of insecurity, fear and self-hatred related to failure to control the inborn Tiefling abilities they only recently got access to the use of. Innate Tiefling abilities sometimes involve fire, and the accidental discharge of those abilities has rendered them pyrophobic and highly afraid of what they’re capable of.

30: What makes your OC defensive quickest?

Any threats to those they’re close to - especially their little sister. That would make them very dangerous and very remorseless.
