Verity dragged her bag out of the elevator before running back to grab the last few boxes she had managed to bring with her. She was making a big move, or at least that is what she kept telling herself as in reality she was moving out from her mother’s house, yes, but she was also just moving into another place of comfort with her childhood friend. She had been glad, and surprised, when he’d invited her to movie in. It was a huge step for her and she was excited. Knocking on the front door to the apartment, she leaned up against the wall opposite while she waited from them to answer.
