🪴 (potted plant) - If you have a headspace, what is that like? If you don't have a headspace, where do system members normally hang out?
oh boy i just spent the last 25 mins drawing out the most recent map of the headspace !!
Basically it's a beach house where everyone has their own rooms. We enter the headspace at the front door and navigate accordingly; sometimes we can have group meetings by everyone we can reach just stepping out into the hallway in front of their rooms
The way it's organized is so we can all see each other if need be. When it's time to leave front Phthalo (who is the architect of the headspace) will lead us to our respective rooms and will pull out other headmates from their room to front. If we are hanging out in the headspace we will almost always do so on the couches in the middle of the first floor or on the balcony of the 2nd. The kitchen has been used Once but it makes it feel more like a home. The rooms just look like regular bedrooms with some personal touches.
But anyway yeah our headspace didn't come naturally and takes a lot of active visualization to maintain; it used to be 3 stories tall when we had more headmates, but its primary function is to help us keep track of us and find specific headmates more easily. Before, we just had to call out into the void and hope someone would answer
