carnival and new year's day!!

for those of you who don't know what carnival is, it's pretty much the most important festivity in brazil akgdjs you can celebrate it in a lot of ways but for me (and for most people my age) it means to go out to dance on the streets (and get drunk) all day for 5 days.. it's an yearly oportunity to dive into costumes and extravaganza and ughh i don't know how to explain it but it's magical... and it should be happening rn!!

almost every brazillian (me included) is devastated cause we were supposed to be partying and watching the parades but it's impossible due to covid-19

Sandalwood. Like... give something that smells (incense, perfume, candles, etc) like sandalwood, and I’m gonna love you forever.

mochi - favorite studio ghibli film?

Ponyo on the cliff by the sea. I also love Howl’s moving castle. I consider Grave of the Fireflies as one of my favorites, but I don’t think I will ever be able to watch it again.
