im not making a set of headcanons for this but omg
because i am lonely and down bad and xiao lives rent-free in my head, it got me thinking
what if that's just a meeting place? What if there's an alternate reality, where i'm the game character? what if i was the comfort character instead of him? when our daydreams meet, and we find each other on the balcony of the wangshu inn, what if it really is him?
what if it was a soulmate au? like you meet with your soulmate in your dreams and then you find out your soulmate is a video game character from another universe... i would lose my mind trying to figure out how to get there
that's my braincell moment of the week.
