More information from the Version 5.1.2 info post today:
Synopsis for this update to the P5FES event: "Starlight Gala: The Twirling Breeze Chapter: A familiar figure—yet one distinct from any known entity—appears. "How best to explain this..." muses the Administrator, whose true identity remains a mystery, as they open the gates to a bizarre new world. Beneath a canopy of dazzling lights, familiar faces dance with abandon, ushering in a brand-new "story." As time passes, this enigmatic world seems to undergo a transformation; could new, mysterious guests be making an appearance?"
Starlight Mona and regular Mona do not share weapons
The Wonder World coin rewards (used to buy items to progress Sympathies) earned for fighting in the raid/collaborative boss fights have been increased by 50% for this update
The Yukari and Frostgale Mont rerun banners continue through to the end of this version
The limited-time Morgana and Lufel gachapon figurine set will be available until "the August 13, 2026 update maintenance", confirming that there will be an update then
New set effect added for 10 of Coins (Wealth) and Ace of Cups (Purity): During combat, attack stat buffed by 20%. After a critical hit, all allies receive a 12% damage bonus for 1 round.
There's some kind of new Contract Rebate reward system that the player can purchase from Marthym's shop, which seems to give back some tickets when you successfully pull the banner character in the next several versions (though you have to use those rebate tickets in the version you earned them, otherwise they become gold tickets)
The explanation for this Contract Rebate function indicates more dates and version numbers for several upcoming versions:
- "the update on June 19th", "the update on July 16th", and "the update on September 3rd" are mentioned. Notably, 6/19 is only two weeks from this one (rather than the usual three) and on a Friday instead of a Thursday. 6/25's update would be only a single week after that. This seems a little bizarre- I'm not sure if it's a typo, or if that's genuinely the schedule?
- Also, 7/16 would be between the 6/25 and 8/13 updates, and assuming it's the only update between them, that would mean 7/16's update is a 4-week version
- It looks like after this version (5.1.2) will be Version 5.2.1, v5.2.2, v5.3.1, and v5.3.2. Assuming all the above dates are correct, that would mean the v5.2.1 update is on 6/19, v5.2.2 is on 6/25, v5.3.1 is on 7/16, and v5.3.2 is on 8/13. The 9/3 update should be the next update after that
- All of this should get cleared up whenever they do the next preview livestream, sometime before v5.2.1 arrives
