I saw something very unusual today, which was a fanfic with more comments than kudos.
Because the author had written a pretty meanspirited fic, tagging a popular couple even though they portrayed it as being one sided and toxic, and not in like, a fun way, but in an obvious, this author absolutely hates this character and that ship way.
And also their notes/tags were pretty abusive to that character.
And just out of boredom, I was going through the comments and seeing the author arguing with other people, and I was kind of laughing.
like if you gotta write out your hatred of a character and a ship, feel free ... but don't tag it as that ship.
and put warnings in your tags, if it's gonna be anti (that character).
you kinda made your bed with that one.
