hey, i totally get it. been there, done that. thing is, please don't feel that way. 1) listen to good music - cliche but that lifts my spirits pronto 2) take care of yourself - and seriously, okay imagine everything you've said to yourself (you're a failure. you can't do this anymore). imagine you're saying that to one of your closest friends. aren't those words terribly mean? we can sometimes be our harshest critics, so please DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP. give yourself some credit 3) keep learning!!
