Korean food is having a moment - thank you Winter Olympics - and this Korean beef has got to be one of the fastest recipes you can throw together, like ever! Mix a little soft brown sugar with soy sauce, lime juice, chilli flakes and a generous teaspoon of @verylazyfooduk ginger paste and quickly fry lean beef mince with #verylazy smoked chopped garlic.
