So I got up this morning, put on my positive pants & headed to the gym. My morning started off with being disappointed with what the scale said, but gave me that extra push. Of course I would then run late, forget to pay for parking & I’d have to turn around and try again... Instead of changing my state of mind I ended up having a bad day, drowning in self doubt in my ability to juggle everything that has to be done.
