Part 1/4. Sporadically had this inspiration to scan people's tattoos & faces the first week of January. This scan is such a personal time capsule for me, a week before #Bak passed we worked on so many concepts and future plans,not many know that my personal Instagram @illmaticnewyork all derives from these fist right here. Four years ago out painting with #Bak & #vescr we pulled a all nighter roaming the streets and ended up on a roof in Chelsea which is where I took a similar shot of Bak's fist. All that inspiration cultivated over time but who would of thought it'll come this far. Last thing he ever said to me was " yo, we gotta redo that shot of my fist!" As he walked away on Canal St. Many thanks to you brother & I'll never forget about you,much love & respect.
