So I mentioned a while ago I had a headcannon that Spirit Healers as we see them in game are just how mortal perceive them. This is because they are reduced to pure anima to reside in the veil for long periods of time.
They do have mouths, but they're hidden when closed and only really exist to show expression not speak.
Spirit Healers have a feminine body type regardless of their sex or gender.
Trivia: In Kyrian they're officially called Θáná Séptiaeté (n) meaning 'Death's Vigil.' For sort, they may be called Séptité meaning basically 'Watcher / Vigilante lit. Vigil(er) / one who keeps vigil.' alt Θáná Séptiaetōr /Séptitōr (m) & Θáná Séptiaetá / Séptitá (f).

Vesiphone one whole work week (four days) after she crashed out so hard she tried to kill Nikolon, send Bastion into another war and then had to be stopped by Eridia, Devos, Nikolon and former Dark Watchers. Then picked up and taken to courage by Xandria:
(Being forced to take a break and care for herself isn't going well at first, and she keeps stressing over how Eridia runs her temple (it's fine just it's not Vesiphone doing it) and if everyone hates her (they don't Adrestes is helping Chyrus with a care package as a will of good faith.)
This is how I confirm Eliphos was Eridia's father in life because it all just lined up too well.
