Getting to the roof, Jake sat down next to Will as he looked out to the town in front of them, his feet hanging off the roof. He knew that being at a Maddox construction site probably wasn’t smart, especially with how much Quinn Maddox hated him, but it seemed like it was the only place that Jake could talk to Will in private. “Honestly, Will. We need to move out of here. Just get the fuck away from here. It would just be so much better for us.”

Sometime since meeting Chad and being trained by the man, Alex had fallen head-over-heels. Chad was incredibly charming, even if a bit blunt sometimes. It probably wasn’t great to sleep with one’s boss, but Alex couldn’t help it. He just couldn’t get enough of the older man. “Thank God for rest days,” Alex says softly into Chad’s bare chest. The two were laying in Chad’s bed at the older man’s place. Alex had spending most of his free time here recently. “Can we stay in bed a little longer?” The words came out softer than the last, since he was anticipating Chad wanting to finally get up.

Brody wasn’t usually one to meet at a bar, mostly because of his occupation and the slim chance that he might run into a client, but the guy wanted to meet at a bar and obviously, Brody was too smitten by his looks that he wasn’t going to say no. It wasn’t like it was their first time meeting, so he had to go somewhere else. As he waited, he asked the bartender one more time if they other had shown up. Though once the words came out of his mouth, they were there. “Uh, hey what took you so long?”

With how busy Denver was with soccer, it had been difficult to find a time to meet. Thomas was simply meeting with each of the students in his advanced Psychology course. Today, he was meeting Denver in a coffee shop near campus. “You know, I did catch your game last week. You’re pretty great at soccer,” Thomas said while a smile before sipping from his coffee. “Now... tell me that you’ve at least started on your final paper.” This was the reason they were meeting, after all. They’d be able to work-out any issues and Thomas could provide some insight.

He would have never thought that he would be in the sort of situation were someone would casually invite him to the beach for an entire day. Especially one that seemed to be so far away. But things were a little more different when it came to Ty and that was something that Declain still avoided thinking about all too much. The day had gone by rather quickly — He had not even tried to keep track of the time between being in the water and simply spending time with Ty. It was not until the end of the day that he seemed to realize how quickly the time had passed as he went to change into some dry clothes. Knowing the two of them, it came as no surprise that they ended up in an empty bathroom together. It was something that they would do in the early days of their relationship. Whatever sort of relationship that was. “Fuck,” he gasped as his head fell back against the wall, nails digging into Ty’s shoulders.

It seemed to be a general theme to try and better himself every couple of months. Fall back into the healthy habits that he had before work and school overwhelmed him — Things like that. Fingers itched to peel his sweaty shirt off as soon as he heard the soft click of the front door unlocking. Maybe he should have waited for the door to start closing behind him behind he actually did so, balling up the material as he tossed his keys onto the counter. He took a moment to greet the dogs with a bright smile and soft, cooed words of praise. “Morning,” Ryder did not even pause before sweaty chest was pressed against Raf’s side, nose gently nuzzling along his jaw. “Hm. I would... But I have to shower.”

Declain had to resist the urge to roll his eyes. Shifting underneath the weight of the taller, he merely let out a small grumble in response before he settled again. “Doesn’t mean that I can’t just return you anyway.” The words sounded like he was mostly talking to himself as he stared over Ty’s shoulder. Refusing to properly acknowledge him at that point simply to be difficult. The playful words were even enough to make his face scrunch up in mock displeasure.
