🗣UPDATES! 📲While we continue curbside service, our customer service rep Minnie and French Bulldog patient “Bruno” want to help announce a NEW UPDATE and some reminders! 1. Late last week we tested a new TEXT WHEN YOU ARRIVE function (not our normal phone number) in order to free up our phone lines that kept filling up daily making many of you struggle to get through. We are happy to report it is working great! So when you arrive, please TEXT (do not call) the phone number you see on our banner on the railing and signs all along the front of the hospital so we can continue to service everyone as timely as possible. 2. Bring your phone with you! We need to call you before your appointment to complete check in and to get your pets details for the appointment, and after the appointment for the discussion and exam findings, and for check out. 3. Don’t forget that you can schedule your appointments online at www.countrysideveterinaryclinic.org to also help keep our lines available for those that need it. 4. Please bring your mask and wear it to the door when bringing us your pet, or picking up your pet, or to the pick up windows to pick up food, medications, etc. to help protect our staff. 5. As clients still are not allowed inside the building for a multitude of safety precautions during the pandemic, we promise that like with Bruno here pictured, we are loving on all of your pets as if they were our own!
