Please read this. It's important. On August 7, Israel's security cabinet approved Netanyahu's plan to occupy the rest of Gaza and forcibly displace the population to the south, where they will be expelled from Palestine into other countries. This is a final push of the genocide.
Yesterday (August 20), Israel's military spokesperson announced mobilization of another 60,000 reservists and stated plainly "We have begin preliminary operations and the first stages of the attack on Gaza City." Al Jazeera reported that the Israeli military killed at least 81 Palestinians yesterday alone.
The cost of displacement is too high for my friend Mahrah and her family to manage, and the infrastructure and resources are already destroyed in the south where they are being forced under threat of death.
If the Israeli military can succeed in its occupation of Gaza, it will mean no shelter or safety for the rest of their lives.
@mahrahpalestine wrote to me, "Many consequences and indescribable feelings come with the risk of displacement and re-displacement. No one can imagine the difficult psychological state we are going through now: anxiety, fear, and tension."
Please, donate anything you can so they can survive. Her family's fundraising has been vetted by 90-ghost and shared by fairuzfan.

Thank you to those who have reached out after trying to donate to my dear friend @fadel-danii and discovering that GoFundMe has, once again, deleted his campaign.
Fadel's campaign was verified and shared by @90-ghost and @a-shade-of-blue, and was vetted by @gazavetters (#197 on the gazavetters spreadsheet).
Fadel spoke with his campaign sponsor and they set up a new campaign through Chuffed, which, to our knowledge, has not had a record of deleting Palestinian campaigns at random.
Here is his new campaign.
My name is Fadel Al-Dani, a Palestinian from Gaza, my age 23-year-old third-year IT student. My life has been anything but normal. Since the
PLEASE share this widely. He still urgently needs surgery!
If you have donated to Fadel before, please send that amount to Fadel's new Chuffed campaign right away.
He doesn't have the cost of buying food for this week and needs to save some money for his medicine next month
GoFundMe will send the funds back to the card you used to make the donation within 3-10 business days.
(More information about Fadel and GoFundMe under the readmore)
Fadel started fundraising in the early summer of 2024 after Israel bombed his family's home. He woke in the hospital to discover that they did not have the resources needed to remove shrapnel that pierced his body. They urged him to travel to another hospital for this surgery as soon as possible. He began trying to get the money for this urgent surgery.
After fundraising for over 300 days, he had raised ā¬14,500. Then April 25, 2025 GoFundMe deleted his fundraiser with no warning or clear explanation. He contacted GoFundMe's technical support, but they ignored him and didn't respond. He had to restart all over again with a new fundraiser.
The genocidal famine, injuries, and constant displacement meant that the funds he raised mainly went to just keeping his family fed and affording medication for his disability. Israel bombed water infrastructure making even access to clean water challenging. The tent was damaged. His lungs became inflamed from poisonous gas, and he had to seek urgent care. So much has happened and he is still struggling just to raise enough just to stay alive.
Starting over from scratch, Fadel had managed to raise ā¬36,100. Then, on October 7th, 2025, GoFundMe deleted his fundraiser again.
This screenshot reads:
"Dear Fadel,
We're sending you this message to tell you that, after further review, your GoFundMe account was removed because it violates our Terms of Service, which you can view here. Specifically, the content of your fundraiser falls under our 'Suspension or Termination of Accounts' section, Term 15.1. Account Closures: '(vi) your Account displays activity that poses a risk to GoFundMe or its community;'.
Our Terms of Service, along with strictly enforced policies from the payments industry, prohibit GoFundMe from allowing you to continue raising money on our platform.
Upon refund, donors will be notified. From the date of notification, those funds will arrive back in your donors' bank accounts within 3-7 business days."
This behavior on the part of GoFundMe is morally abhorrent. How does Fadel "pose a risk" to anyone? He is a kind, sweet young man who is disabled, terribly injured and in need of surgery, and still on the brink of undernourishment from months of famine. He has been nothing but generous and compassionate to everyone. This is dehumanizing.
The way people make detached bureaucratic decisions that result in death during a genocide and take no responsibility for their role in it is overwhelming. GoFundMe profits off people trying to survive and then deletes campaigns knowing people will die. It is so cruel I cannot comprehend it. Whoever works at GoFundMe who is casually sentencing Palestinians to death by clicking 'delete' on campaigns is just as evil as people dropping bombs. I am so angry it makes me want to just reach into my throat and pull myself inside out.
Please help Fadel to survive this cruelty. He deserves so much better than this.
Hi,Ā I am managing the campaign of a family in Gaza.
My friend Omar's father has had an urgent operation some days ago and while it has gone well we need to find someone who would be able to give him 200$ every week so he can repay the operation in full without having any trouble. before some days ago somebody else was helping with this but since they can't do this anymore we need to find someone else that can. On top of this they still need to find the necessary money to buy ordinary things such as food so any small donation can make a difference
IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE 200$ WEEKLY PLEASE CONTACT ME HERE SO I CAN PUT YOU IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH OMAR: [email protected]
if you can only make a one time donation please, donate to them or if you are not able to share their story, you can find Omar's story on his blog (@omar-hammad04 ). he has recieved very few donations in the past days
