💔 My Mother’s Life Depends on Your Kindness
My mother is in Gaza, where every day is a struggle to survive. Some time ago, she was injured when shrapnel from nearby shelling struck her back. She tried to endure the pain for as long as she could, but now her condition has become critical.
She has now been admitted to the hospital, and her condition is very serious. She is suffering from unbearable back pain, extreme exhaustion, and every passing day brings more suffering. Watching my mother fight through this pain while I can do so little is heartbreaking.
The doctors told us that she urgently needs emergency back surgery. They warned us that the operation must be performed within the next 6 days to prevent her condition from deteriorating further.
The cost of this life-saving surgery is $1,000.
Thanks to the incredible kindness of compassionate people, we have raised $292 so far ($188 from our previous appeal and $104 from our latest one). We are deeply grateful for every donation.
However, we still need $708 to give my mother the surgery that could save her from worsening pain and complications.
I am begging you from the bottom of my heart: please don’t scroll past my mother’s suffering. Time is running out, and every hour matters.

In a sudden bombing, my home was destroyed, and the place that once brought my family together became nothing but ruins. I lost several members of my family, and I, my wife, and my daughter were injured, leaving us with deep physical and emotional suffering.
After losing my home, my job, and my only source of income, I became unable to work because of my injuries. My responsibilities became greater than my ability to provide. Today, I live with my children in a small, worn-out tent ⛺ that does not protect us from the heat of the sun ☀️, the cold of winter ❄️, insects 🐜, or rats 🐭 that have become part of our daily struggle.
Even the little food we manage to get 🍞 does not remain safe for us, as the rats eat it, and my children cannot eat it afterward. We are living in extremely difficult conditions, trying only to survive through fear and hardship 💔.
The tent where we live is located near the yellow line, and we have nowhere else to go or a safe place to shelter. It breaks my heart to see my children suffering while I cannot provide what they need 😢.

We have no clean water to wash them, no electricity, and not even a simple cooling fan or a battery light to tend to them during the pitch-black nights. The children scream all night from the unbearable itching and heat.
Due to the blockades, medications are extremely scarce and sold at imaginary prices that I cannot afford. I am completely penniless. Eid has passed, and we have no food, no money, and zero means of survival.
I beg you to save my children from this slow death. We desperately need immediate funds to buy their prescribed medicines, and to purchase a cooling fan and a lighting battery to ease the scorching heat burning their skin.
