Kas is probably not as healthy as she makes herself out to be. Her fear of doctors and medical files being leaked makes her very picky about who she goes to for health concerns— and those that she does, she’s still very reluctant in seeing.
While some of it has to do with the fact that the two doctors— Mordin and Chakwas— are big factors in the Reaper War, part of her is scared that something will come up and she ends up spending more time than she likes out of commission— and vulnerable.
