OC-tober Day 15: Music
Shake It Out by Florence + The Machine is thee Izz song. Especially right after they first come back into consciousness and are confronted with the reality of killing their older sibling and abandoning their younger one, and everything else they've done. I don't remember exactly how it happened, but my partner or I rememberd this song the night after Izz's reveal and were like. Oh. It's them. I could probably give you a line by line breakdown.
Cosmic Love by Florence + The Machine is their feelings towards Veylan, and the impact he had on them. He completely upended the way they see the world, and he is an ever-present ghost in their life. I'm always in this twilight, in the shadow of your heart.
Anyway thank you to Florence Welch for writing songs exclusively for my OC. Very cool of her.
