When Uru goes to eat something with his head mouth, it doesn't go into a stomach. It goes into this pouch/sack like thing. Where it sits until he can go to a bathroom or where ever and vomit everything back up.
He has to eat with his stomach mouth to get all of his nutrition and to digest food.
