When we were preparing for Leh, one of the usual advice was to drink enough water. And by enough means freaking 4 litres per day. I'm kind of a guy who don't drink water even once if I'm home. I know it's not good thing, but even after installing some apps which remind me to drink water for every 4 hours, I still couldn't do it for more than a week. Had some bad experience because of that in Leh as well in summer rides, getting dehydrated is not really a good experience. Moment you are outdoors, irrespective of the weather, your body is going to loose water. And that's when I thought of getting a hydration pack. While checking with @viaterragear they suggested me the best one and kind enough to send one for free as well wishing to the number of rides I do :) This might sound like conventional advertisement but I really end up drinking more water. Marine capacity is about 2 litres and I usually finish it by half day. Hence consuming about 4 litres of water, if im not lazy enough to refill. Most of the time I drink even if I'm not feeling thirsty because its just there hanging on your shoulder. Do the practice of keeping a bottle in your desk at work and notice the amount of water you drink gets increased 😁 Because its just there 😀 Anyway I wanted to write about the importance of having hydration pack for a while now, thought ill jot it down. People who have been started using the hydration pack, do you agree with me?
