10♠️ - How does your muse cope with grief?
Quietly. She buries it in the moment until she's somewhere private and then she takes it out and she nurtures it. Lets it grow and build until she's consumed by it, nothing left of her.
And then she lets it go.
She doesn't like to showcase her grief; it's a private thing, even as she's willing to be unorthodox when it comes to displays of emotion compared to the rest of their society, this is the one thing she's never willing to showcase in public. It makes her come off as cold, sometimes.
This intensifies as Hydaelyn, when she needs to be strong. Because there's millenia of grief there, held in check only by the knowledge that she has a duty to perform and there isn't even a moment for her to truly grieve and process the loss of life, of her home and people, of the countless deaths of her children after the sundering. She is the pillar, and supports don't grieve.
