I always eat at the same Chinese buffet, but idk, the sushi chef was getting on my nerves. He always plays music or videos on his phone full volume. I’d have to wear headphones, because sitting at my table, I could hear the restaurant music and the sushi guy’s music competing. It gave me sensory overload :S
Today I noticed a different guy making sushi! I tried some and it was hella tasty. So when the owner walked by my table, I said, “the sushi is really good today :)”
The owner doesn’t speak much English. He says, “Thank you! New guy. Old guy… really lazy!”
