I will admit I forgot to use primer under the foundation, but I did mean to try it without primer, as there is supposed to be primer mixed in this foundation’s formula. Hence it touting being a 3 in 1 foundation. I will report back when I do use it with a primer as well. But without the primer, and with my super dry skin, this product ended up showing all little imperfections of my skin and even made me look older in my opinion. Very texturizing in my opinion, and I used it countless ways. The formula just wasn’t for me. The review of each individual Cover Girl Outlast product can be read on my BeautyTap profile here.

makeup for the zodiac signs of sagittarius, gemini, and libra. vibrant, bright, and pastel colors on the eyelids are the best for these looks as they bring out every other feature naturally.
Tips for these makeup looks:
-eyeshadow is the biggest feature for these makeup looks. any vibrant or brighter pastel color is great; blues, purples, pinks, oranges, and yellows are best. Avoid any dark colors, especially browns and blacks as they will darken the look and make your look appear dark. eyeshadow below the waterline is great and sometimes, just putting it there and not on the top eyelid helps with making a bold, vibrant look
-eyeliner is an optional piece of the look, but if you choose to use it, using any black on the top lid is not recommended. using glitter liner or bright liner on the top lid to make a cat eye helps to achieve the vibrant look. a great use for eyeliner with this look is to match the eyeliner on the waterline with the eyeshadow on the lower lid as it brings in more color to the eyes
-eyebrows are versatile with this look and there is no real tip for them besides making sure they are somewhat bold yet still natural. pomades or stick eyebrow fillers are both good as long as they are blended well
-contour should be bold only under the cheekbones and contour anywhere else should be natural and not as dark as the cheek contour
-blush does not matter whether it is applied or not, but it should be kept light and avoided on the apples of the cheek
-lips should be kept only to a few colors and should not match or be darker than the eyeshadow color. they should a lighter color compared to the eyeshadow or a dark, yet somewhat light brown
