Worked a ten hour day but still managed to hit the daily word count goal.  1,671 words is historically an abysmally slow start for me for the first day of NaNoWriMo, but I’m exhausted and the fact that I wrote at all is grounds for celebration. We’ll see if I can keep it up. Will weariness or stubbornness prevail?

All right! Logged onto the Nano website, got everything updated for this year. I’m also hesmuchmoreimportant over there if anyone wants to add me as a writing buddy :) The rest is under the cut because me rambling about my writing projects likely isn’t interesting.

I’m not going to write a novel this year because it takes a lot out of me and I haven’t been full time long enough to have fully acclimated to that. But I will still be trying to write 50k, I’ll just be doing planning. Plotting, character development, world-building, you know, actually figuring out what going to happen in all these WIPs I have. I’m not limiting myself to working on just one project either, so I’m hoping I’ll still be able to hit the word count. As long as I’m working on my stories in some way, I’m happy. :)
